One game for the brand. A level for every store.

Multi-location marketing usually means one message for everyone. A game can be one brand with every store in it: players unlock their home store first, then travel, and you see which stores are playing.

Why multi-location brands get the most out of a game

A game scales in a way a promotion does not. The build happens once; each additional location is a level with its real street and storefront, its own QR code and its own line on the report. Rewards redeem at any location, so a customer who plays in one store is a customer for all of them. For franchise systems, the game is a brand asset the franchisor controls and every franchisee benefits from, with local pride built in because their store is literally on screen.

What a multi-location game looks like

One hero for the brand. One level per store, in the order players are likely to visit them. A traveler reward for clearing three stores, a VIP reward for clearing them all. A store-vs-store leaderboard that staff care about more than any sales contest. Our Lion Run case study was built this way for a three-store brand: fifteen levels, each a real Minnesota place, with the three stores as the anchor levels.

What it costs

The Local plan at $249 a month plus $99 a month per additional location, with a $1,500 build fee spread over 12 months. A 12-store group is $249 + 11 × $99 = $1,338 a month with every store included. That covers one level per location, one QR code per store, location-level reporting, a franchisee onboarding kit, and a quarterly refresh across the chain.

How it gets built

Intake form with the location list, playable first level in five business days, the full set of store levels within ten business days for up to twelve locations (larger systems get a schedule). Each store receives its own print-ready QR kit and a one-page staff sheet from the Game & Character Guide.

Questions we get asked

Can franchisees opt in individually?

Yes. The brand game can launch with the stores that opt in and add locations at $99 a month as they join.

Do all stores get the same rewards?

By default yes, so a reward earned anywhere redeems anywhere. Store-specific rewards are possible if you prefer.

How does reporting work?

One report, one line per store: plays, clears, redemptions. Regional managers can compare locations side by side.

What about 50 or 100 locations?

We build on a schedule and price it as a program. Ask for a proposal.
