A custom game for your dispensary, built the way the rules require
Dispensaries can't advertise the way a coffee shop can. What you can do is give the customers who already walked in a reason to come back: a game on the receipt, the exit bag and the loyalty email, starring your mascot, with a reward at the end of every level.

Why a game fits a dispensary better than most marketing
Most channels are closed to you or heavily restricted, and the ones that are open are crowded with the same discounts. A game is a channel you own, behind a 21+ gate, that only reaches people who already know you. It turns a receipt or an exit bag into a reason to open their phone, and a cleared level into a reason to come back. Our first game, Lion Run, was built for exactly this: a three-store Minnesota cannabis retailer whose white lion mascot runs fifteen levels through the real neighborhoods where the stores are.
Built for compliance from the first screen
Every dispensary game opens with a 21+ age affirmation and carries your state's required warning language. There are no health claims, no depictions of consumption, and no reward that could be read as a free product where your state prohibits it. Rewards are structured to fit your state's promotion rules: percentage codes where discounts are allowed, loyalty points or tier status where they are not. We provide the full text of every screen for your compliance officer or counsel before launch, and we recommend that review as part of the build.
What your dispensary game looks like
Your mascot or your logo character is the hero. Your stores and their streets are the levels. The characters who chase the hero are whatever your customers will laugh at; in Lion Run they are the people who misunderstand the plant, and nobody gets hurt. The QR code goes on the receipt, the exit bag sticker, the budtender card and your email. Progress saves in the browser with no login, which matters to customers who would rather not create another account.
Rewards that fit a dispensary
- Level 1: a percentage off the next visit, or loyalty points where discounts are restricted.
- Level 2: early access to a drop or a new strain.
- Level 3: a tier upgrade in your loyalty program.
- Multi-store: clear every location's level for a VIP reward that redeems anywhere.
What it costs
The Local plan is $249 a month with a $1,500 build fee spread over 12 months ($125/month), plus $99 a month per additional location. Includes the custom hero and three levels (more for multi-store), the 21+ gate and warning screens, hosting, reward codes managed for you, a quarterly level or reward change, and a monthly report of plays, clears and redemptions by store.
How it gets built
Ten-minute intake form, playable first level in five business days, full game in ten, with a compliance pass and the screen text supplied for your review before anything goes live. Every game ships with a Game & Character Guide so budtenders can explain it in one sentence.

Questions we get asked
Is a game allowed under cannabis advertising rules?
Rules vary by state. The game sits behind a 21+ gate, carries required warnings, makes no health claims and shows no consumption. We supply all screen text for your compliance review before launch and adjust rewards to what your state permits.
Can rewards be loyalty points instead of discounts?
Yes. Where percentage discounts are restricted, rewards can be points, tier status or early access, and the game reports the same way.
Does it work with our POS loyalty program?
Codes can be issued in a format your POS accepts, or rewards can be applied manually by the budtender from the reward ticket. Tell us your POS on the intake form.
Will the mascot look like it appeals to minors?
We design to your state's standard and to your compliance officer's judgment, and we keep the art style adult. The age gate is on every entry point.
